Terms And Conditions

TOUR PROGRAM

  • Minimum booking 2 persons
  • All tour are in private car with fully air-conditioned car, English Speaking Driver.
  • Tour condition is private ( no other participant ).
  • Tour prices are clear,mean NO HIDDEN CHARGE.
  • If you are in Bali, for last minutes booking our tours, just dial our local number at +62-813-3802-1260 then we’ll pick up as our timing schedule.

 

BOOKINGS
The reservation for tours must be done at least three day prior to your tour departure.
Bookings can be made directly call us by mobile phone at +62-813-3802-1260 / WhatsApp or send us an email to: [email protected]

DEPOSIT
Deposit or an advance payment (whether in full or as a deposit) serves to guarantee your booking with BaliLombokAdventure.com. This means that once you have received confirmation from us that your booking has been received, we will hold your place for the date(s) you have specified. If we are not able to fulfill your booking we will advise you of this as soon as possible.
In this case or if we have to cancel your booking because of an unforeseen event at our end, we will do our best to offer you an alternative date, or, if this is not possible, we will reimburse your payment.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED
– Booking Tour ( Day tour & Activity tour require 30% deposit )
– Booking Tour ( Bali Cruise require 100% deposit )
– Booking Tour Without Hotel require 30% deposit
– Booking Car Self Drive require 0% deposit ( Full Payment if car required are available )
– Booking Tour With Hotel require 60% deposit then settled when room hotel booked.
– Booking Room Hotel require 0% deposit ( Full Payment if room required are available )
– Entrance Fee / Ticket require 100% deposit or full payment when the reservation is made.

PAYMENT
– The cost of tour is settled in cash upon the departure of the tour. require deposit when the reservation is made.
– Additional Charge for transport payment through driver. ( example : product with exclude transport but transport is optional by request Link )

CHANGE TOUR PROGRAM
The tour program still can be changed into other program without any cancellation fee at any time 48 hours prior to the day of tour. The change must be received by Email Or phone +62-813-3802-1260 / WhatsApp

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the interest of providing you with a personal service and to ensure your safety and comfort. We therefore apply the following policy with regards to cancellations: we will refund your advance payment or a percentage thereof depending on the notice of cancellation given in writing with respect to the start date of your tour

  • Cancellation notice given: 15 – 30 Refund applied: 75% of the price
  • Cancellation notice given: 7 – 15 Refund applied: 50% of the price
  • Cancellation notice given: 0 – 7 Refund applied: 20% of the price

REFUND POLICY
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days

CONFIRMATION POLICY

  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
  • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
  • Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.
